Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2026 – Fusion Finance Ltd. has appointed Priyanka Seth Wadhera as its Chief Strategy Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its financial inclusion initiatives across India. In this role, Wadhera will lead the organization’s enterprise growth strategy, focusing on building new growth engines, strengthening execution frameworks, and integrating risk management into strategic decision-making while partnering closely with the leadership team.
Wadhera brings extensive leadership experience in finance, strategy, and business transformation across financial services and fintech organizations. Prior to joining Fusion Finance Ltd., she served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Arya.ag, where she managed financial operations across three entities including a warehousing company, an NBFC, and a technology platform, overseeing treasury, financial control, business planning and analysis, legal and compliance, HR, and investor relations.
Earlier, she spent more than four years as Group Chief Financial Officer at Indifi Technologies Private Limited, where she managed the company’s marketplace and NBFC operations with assets under management of over ₹2,200 crore, leading treasury, financial control, partnerships, investor relations, and financial planning functions. She also served as Chief Financial Officer at Clix Finance India Private Limited, where she led financial governance initiatives including the implementation of Oracle Fusion cloud systems and financial reporting frameworks.
Before moving into senior leadership roles in fintech and financial services, Wadhera held leadership positions at Barclays, where she served as Vice President – Financial Controller, and at Religare Finvest Limited, where she held roles including Senior Vice President and Vice President – Financial Planning & Control. Earlier in her career, she worked with Citibank NA, Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, building strong expertise in credit policy, financial governance, risk management, and corporate finance.
