Atlanta, Georgia, United States, April 2026 – Bella Abel has started a new role as Vice President Human Resources, North America at Rheem Manufacturing, marking a significant step in her leadership journey within global HR strategy and operations.
In this role, she will lead the people strategy across North America, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and driving high-performance culture across Rheem’s operations in the region.
Prior to joining Rheem Manufacturing, Bella Abel spent nearly a decade at FieldCore, where she most recently served as HR Executive – North America Region and Global Operational Functions. In this capacity, she led the development and execution of an integrated HR strategy for a workforce of over 3,000 employees, supporting the company’s largest region.
During her tenure at FieldCore, she also held the role of Chief Inclusion Officer, where she championed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and earlier served as HR Director, contributing significantly to organizational capability building and leadership development.
Before FieldCore, she was part of GE Power, where she played a key role as an HR Business Partner during the Alstom integration, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. She also held multiple HR leadership roles within General Electric Energy, including participation in the prestigious HR Leadership Program, gaining cross-functional exposure and building strong foundations in global HR practices.
She began her career with Modis, where she managed end-to-end HR processes and talent management for a large employee base, building early expertise in recruitment and workforce management.
With deep experience across energy, industrial services, and global HR leadership, Bella Abel brings a strong capability to drive people transformation, inclusion, and business-aligned HR strategies.
