Delhi, India, April 2026 – Ritu Singh Vashishth has started a new role as Leader – People Strategy & HR at FINDI Group, marking a significant step in her journey as a strategic HR leader driving transformation and culture-led growth.
In her new role, she will lead the HR and People Strategy function as a key business partner, focusing on culture building and integration, performance enhancement, total rewards, and institutionalizing best-in-class talent management practices. She will also work closely with leadership to drive HR transformation, scalable systems, and a strong people experience aligned with FINDI’s accelerated growth trajectory.
Prior to joining FINDI Group, Ritu Singh Vashishth spent over five years at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, where she served as Assistant Vice President – HR (APAC & Strategic Projects). In this role, she aligned HR strategy with business growth across APAC, ANZ, and South Africa, led talent acquisition and leadership hiring, and drove culture transformation initiatives across global markets.
Earlier at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, she held the role of Assistant Vice President – HR, where she led workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement for e-commerce and retail verticals, significantly contributing to business growth milestones and improved employee productivity and retention.
Before that, she served as Head – HR at Wishfin.com, where she designed and implemented end-to-end people strategy, established HR policies, strengthened performance management systems, and drove hiring and organizational scaling.
She also spent nearly a decade at HCL Technologies, where she held multiple leadership roles across employee experience, diversity & inclusion, change management, and performance management, driving large-scale HR initiatives and business-aligned talent strategies.
She began her career with Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., gaining foundational experience in corporate HR, including training, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Ritu Singh Vashishth holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology (OB & HR) from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University. She has also completed advanced certifications in Strategic Human Resources Leadership and Coaching from Cornell University, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and leadership excellence.
