Rogers, Arkansas, United States, December 2025 – Noble Gibbens has taken on a new leadership role as Chief People Officer at Kiefer Sage, marking a significant chapter in his dynamic career in emotional intelligence, leadership development, and human capital management. Based in Rogers, Arkansas, Noble will play a central role in shaping Kiefer Sage’s people strategy, organizational culture, and talent development initiatives as the company expands its ecosystem of innovative businesses and brands.
Before joining Kiefer Sage, Noble led a successful entrepreneurial journey as the Owner of EQ Gangster, where for over four years he coached leaders on harnessing emotional intelligence to improve personal and professional performance. Through this platform, he taught individuals how to stop letting emotions control them and instead use those emotions as tools to maximize performance.
Alongside EQ Gangster, Noble also served as Emotional Intelligence Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Facilitator at Arrowhead Leadership Consulting LLC for three years. In this role, he worked with business leaders on emotional agility, team performance, and problem-solving, helping companies foster stronger leadership pipelines and better workplace engagement.
Earlier, he was the Co-Owner of EQ for Entrepreneurs, a self-employment venture focused on democratizing emotional intelligence for professionals across sectors. In this capacity, he helped leaders and entrepreneurs unlock self-awareness, resilience, and stronger relationships through practical emotional intelligence frameworks.
