Shamal brings over 25 years of engineering experience to his new role and will be based in Bengaluru, enhancing Nomis’ global operational capabilities.

Previously, Shamal served as Vice President of Delivery at Innova Solutions, where he significantly contributed to delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. Before that, he held the role of Director of Engineering at HARMAN International and was a Senior Director of Product Development at Symphony Teleca, another STG portfolio company.
