Centurion, South Africa, April 2025 – Nwabisa Mjebeza has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Zimele Technologies, a leading SaaS and SAP solutions provider. In her new role, Nwabisa will oversee the organization’s human resources strategy, talent management, and employee experience, ensuring that Zimele continues to build a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.
Prior to this appointment, Nwabisa Mjebeza served as Human Resources Manager at Zimele Technologies for over eight years, where she played a pivotal role in building and strengthening the company’s HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development programs, contributing significantly to Zimele’s growth and organizational culture.
Before that, she held the role of Human Resources & Payroll Administrator at Zimele Technologies for five years, where she managed HR operations and payroll processes, ensuring compliance and fostering a supportive work environment in the Cape Town area.
Earlier in her career, Nwabisa served as Office Manager in Cape Town, where she managed administrative functions, HR support tasks, and office operations, laying a strong foundation for her future leadership roles in human resources.
Complementing her practical experience, Nwabisa is pursuing an Honours in Human Resource Management from Regent Business School, further solidifying her academic grounding in HR leadership.
