Belgrade, Serbia, April 2025 – Olga Lončar has been appointed as the new Head of Talent Acquisition Department at Manpower Serbia, marking a return to the organization where she has spent a significant portion of her career. In her new leadership role, Olga will oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the Serbian market, driving executive hiring and building scalable recruitment solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Before stepping into this role, Olga most recently served as International Mobility Coordinator at MPS Integration, where she was responsible for managing cross-border HR consulting projects and supporting international workforce solutions.
Earlier, Olga spent over eight years at Manpower Serbia, holding progressively senior roles. As Senior Executive TA Consultant, she led executive-level recruitment, especially for C-suite positions. She previously worked as Professional Placement Consultant and Permanent Placement Consultant, delivering on niche and mid-management mandates. She began her journey at Manpower as a Solutions Associate, managing high-volume hiring projects and assessment centers.
Olga’s early career also includes experience as a Psychologist at World Vision and as a Psychologist Intern at the Military Medical Academy, reflecting her academic background and strong foundation in behavioral sciences.
