Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 2025 — S. S. Lootah Group has announced the appointment of Omar Mohamad as Head of Human Resources. In this role, Omar will lead the Group’s human resources agenda, supporting workforce strategy, people operations, and organisational capability across its diversified businesses in the UAE.
Prior to joining S. S. Lootah Group, Omar Mohamad served as HR & Admin Manager at MCL (MAG Container Lines), where he was responsible for overseeing HR and administrative operations. Concurrently, he held the role of Group Admin & HR Manager at ASG Management Service Group for nearly six years, based in Dubai, managing group-wide HR and administrative functions and supporting business operations across multiple entities.
Earlier in his career, Omar worked as HR & Admin Manager at Edraj Real Estate, handling people operations and administrative management for the organisation. Before this, he served as Group Admin & HR Manager at RS Group (Reliable Solutions Group) in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, where he managed HR and administration across the group’s businesses.
Omar’s long-standing HR experience also includes close to a decade as HR & Collection Manager at Emirates Industrial Panel (EIP), where he handled both human resources and collections functions. His earlier professional journey includes operational and managerial roles at dnata as an Operation Officer and at Paris Gallery LLC as a Showroom Manager, providing him with a strong foundation in operations, people management, and customer-facing leadership.
