Lucas Vitale’s illustrious career is highlighted by his recent role as Chief Human Resources Officer at ReNAgade Therapeutics, a venture-backed pharmaceutical entity. He has also contributed his HR leadership at Berkeley Lights/PhenomeX, a life sciences tools and services company later acquired by Bruker. However, it was his tenure as CHRO at NuVasive, Inc., a publicly traded medical device company, that Vitale notably shaped the HR landscape by spearheading global HR strategies, facilitating mergers, driving talent development, and establishing a robust Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program for a workforce of approximately 2,700 employees.
