Paige Nordby’s journey in the realm of Human Resources is distinguished by a series of progressively responsible positions, underscoring her breadth of experience and deep commitment to fostering positive workplace environments and driving strategic HR initiatives. Prior to joining RowCal in March 2024, Nordby honed her skills and leadership within a span of just over 9 years, beginning her career in HR at Creative Planning Business Services as an Administrative Specialist, where she was instrumental in managing and supporting administrative and HR-related tasks.
Her career trajectory then saw her taking on roles with increasing responsibility, including Human Resources Contractor at Mortenson and Human Resources Assistant at IDeaS Revenue Solutions. Each position allowed Nordby to further develop her expertise in areas such as full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
Nordby’s significant tenure at RSM US LLP as a Manager, Talent Business Advisor, was particularly notable. Here, she played a pivotal role in managing core HR processes, talent management, and leadership coaching, showcasing her ability to navigate complex HR challenges and contribute to organizational growth and employee development.
Before her recent move to RowCal, Paige served as HR Manager, first at Presbyterian Homes & Services and then briefly at RowCal itself. Her extensive experience encompasses crucial areas such as talent acquisition, learning and professional development, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation, among others.
