Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, February 2026 – RecyGlo Group has announced the appointment of Norliana Aida Ramli as Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of RecyGlo Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., effective immediately.
Aida brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience spanning strategic planning, venture development, sustainability governance, and enterprise transformation within the PETRONAS Group and its public-listed entities. Throughout her career, she has led multi-billion-dollar strategic initiatives, including board-approved expansion programmes, complex shareholder negotiations with global partners, and the development of sustainability roadmaps aligned to international ESG frameworks. Her leadership reflects a strong record of value creation, governance excellence, and stakeholder diplomacy across large, complex organisations.
Most recently, Aida served as Head of Strategy, Planning & Performance, Group Risk Management at PETRONAS, where she led enterprise-wide risk strategy, governance integration, talent development within the Risk Fraternity, and performance alignment across the Group. She previously held the role of Head of Strategy & Sustainability at PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad, stewarding long-term strategic direction and sustainability-led growth initiatives. Her earlier leadership assignments at Petronas Chemicals Group Bhd (PCHEM), PETRONAS Refinery and Petrochemical Company, and within the broader PETRONAS ecosystem saw her drive venture formation, large-scale petrochemical project development, and commercial strategy execution under Project RAPID.
Under Aida’s leadership, RecyGlo Malaysia will focus on strengthening its position as a trusted digital sustainability and compliance partner for corporates navigating ESG requirements, waste traceability, and sustainability reporting mandates. She will drive strategic partnerships, enhance governance frameworks, and accelerate commercial growth in support of RecyGlo’s regional ambitions.
Aida holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons) from University College London and certifications in Sustainability Accounting and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.
