Pune, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — Palo Alto Labs has appointed Niharika Karwa as its Head of People & Culture. In this role, she will lead the people, culture, and leadership agenda, supporting the scaling of global capability centres (GCCs) through progressive people practices and high-impact leadership frameworks.
Niharika brings over a decade of experience across global technology, consulting, and purpose-driven organisations, with deep expertise in people strategy, organisational development, HR transformation, and leadership enablement. At Palo Alto Labs, she will focus on building scalable people systems, strengthening organisational culture, and enabling sustainable growth aligned with business priorities.
Immediately prior to this appointment, Niharika served as Senior People Business Partner at SingleStore, where she led end-to-end AI-driven people operations across India and APAC. In this role, she partnered closely with business leaders on talent strategy, organisational design, and cross-regional HR alignment to support rapid and scalable growth.
Before SingleStore, she spent over three years with UST as Senior Leader – Human Resources, playing a key role in driving HR transformation initiatives, leadership development, talent retention, and employee engagement across global delivery teams.
Earlier in her career, Niharika held HR leadership and specialist roles with organisations including ClimateWorks Foundation, CrowdDoing, Xpanxion, and 3DPLM Software Solutions Limited, gaining wide-ranging exposure to HR operations, people partnering, HR consulting, and organisational effectiveness across geographies.
In her new role, Niharika Karwa will spearhead Palo Alto Labs’ people and culture strategy, strengthening leadership capability, enabling high-performance teams, and embedding a scalable, values-driven culture to support the organisation’s next phase of growth.
