Chicago, Illinois, United States – November 2024 – Jessica Gladden has joined Medical Home Network as Chief People Officer. In this new role, Jessica will leverage her extensive HR leadership background to drive strategic people initiatives that support MHN’s mission of transforming healthcare and reducing disparities in the community.
Jessica previously served as Senior Vice President, People Strategy & Operations at Aledade, Inc., where she spent over five years in senior leadership. In this role, she led initiatives in workforce strategy, talent management, and employee engagement, fostering a culture aligned with Aledade’s commitment to improving healthcare outcomes.
Before Aledade, Jessica spent nearly 12 years at Applied Predictive Technologies, where she rose to the position of Vice President, Human Resources. She spearheaded initiatives across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation design, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion, making a significant impact on the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.
Jessica’s earlier career included impactful roles at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) as Senior HR Specialist, where she coordinated recruiting efforts, supported salary administration, and managed compliance with federal guidelines. Additionally, she worked as an Employment Associate at Georgetown University Hospital, providing foundational HR support and recruitment coordination.
