Bahrain – November 2024 – Reem M. M. Osman has embraced a pivotal new role as Chief of Culture at nybl. In this position, she will spearhead initiatives to shape a dynamic, inclusive workplace culture that fosters empathy, innovation, and connection. This role builds on her impactful tenure as Chief People Officer, perfectly aligning with her vision to cultivate workspaces that inspire and empower employees.

Prior to joining nybl, Osman served as Director of Human Capital at Reso, where she was responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and engagement strategies. Her focus on creating cohesive HR policies and managing the recruitment and performance management processes laid the foundation for a thriving workplace culture. During this time, she successfully implemented strategies that enhanced employee satisfaction and performance.

At Earth Environmental Services, Osman took on the role of Director of Marketing & Board Secretary. Here, she developed and executed marketing strategies and managed branding for the company, displaying her versatility and strategic thinking. Her responsibilities also included overseeing HR functions such as employee engagement and wellness initiatives, further shaping her holistic approach to people management.

Osman’s early experience includes her tenure at Talent2 as HR Project/Operations Manager, where she led HR initiatives across the Middle East, including talent acquisition, HR policy creation, and strategic resourcing. Her contributions at Talent2 helped streamline HR functions and fostered strong connections with regional clients, building a foundation for her future leadership in organizational culture and people strategies.
