Kathmandu, Bāgmatī, Nepal, May 2026 — Prames Manandhar has started a new position as Head of Human Resources & General Service Department (GSD) at Nepal Can Group, marking a significant milestone in his multi-functional leadership journey spanning HR, operations, and business management.
In this expanded role, Prames will lead human capital strategy along with general services, focusing on aligning HR practices with business growth, strengthening organizational capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence across the Group.
Prior to this elevation, Prames Manandhar served as Human Resources Director at Nepal Can Group, where he played a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational development across the business.
Earlier, he briefly worked as Deputy General Manager at Growth Sellers, gaining exposure to business leadership and operational strategy in a dynamic environment.
He also held the role of Assistant Manager – Operations at Incessant Rain Studios, where he managed end-to-end operations including facility management, procurement, transportation, and large-scale workforce support, demonstrating strong execution capabilities across multiple operational domains.
Prior to this, Prames worked as Operations Manager at Sagar Group Nepal, where he led HR and operational transformation initiatives, including HR policy design, HRIS implementation, recruitment strategy, and outlet expansion projects.
In the earlier phase of his career, he held multiple leadership roles at Suvidha Sewa Pvt. Ltd., where he progressed from finance and administration roles to Manager – Finance, Business Development & Admin, overseeing financial strategy, HR systems, payroll operations, and organizational processes for a large workforce.
