Cavan, County Cavan, Ireland, May 2026 — Lorraine Barkey has started a new position as Head of Human Resources Operations at Kyte Powertech, marking a key milestone in her growing HR leadership journey within the organization.
In her new role, Lorraine will lead HR operations, talent management, and people processes, supporting Kyte Powertech’s continued growth and operational excellence in the manufacturing sector.
Prior to stepping into this leadership role, Lorraine Barkey spent over four years at Kyte Powertech, where she held responsibilities across Human Resources, contributing to talent management initiatives, HRIS implementation, and strengthening core HR processes within the organization.
Earlier, she worked with Center Parcs UK as an HR Operations Advisor, where she supported HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR systems, gaining hands-on experience in structured HR service delivery.
Before transitioning into HR, Lorraine built extensive operational and people management experience during her long tenure at eir Ireland, where she progressed through multiple roles including Retention Team Lead, Sales Team Lead, and HR Administrator. Over this period, she developed strong expertise in team leadership, employee engagement, and operational performance management.
Her early career experience in telesales and team leadership roles laid a strong foundation in customer engagement, people management, and performance-driven environments.
