Vadodara, Gujarat, India, March 2026 – L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has appointed Vimal Shah as Head – Strategic Business Growth (Rest of the World), strengthening its leadership team as the company continues expanding its engineering and technology services footprint across global markets.
In this role, Shah will lead strategic growth initiatives for the Plant Engineering business vertical, focusing on the Rest of the World (ROW) region, which includes India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. His mandate will involve shaping regional business strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and strengthening LTTS’s engineering services capabilities across these high-growth markets.
Shah brings more than three decades of experience across engineering, industrial gases, and EPC project development, with deep expertise in business strategy, project development, and energy transition initiatives. Prior to joining L&T Technology Services, he served as Director and Head of India & Middle East Project Development at Air Products India, where he led strategic project development initiatives across industrial gas and chemical plants.
Earlier at Air Products, he held the role of Director – Project Development & Proposals for EMEA and India, leading the development of techno-commercial business cases for sustainable energy initiatives including blue and green hydrogen, ammonia projects, and CO₂ capture technologies supporting global decarbonization efforts.
Before that, Shah spent several years with Linde Engineering, where he served as General Manager & Head Sales & Project Execution – Product Plants, providing strategic leadership across petrochemicals, hydrogen, synthesis gas, and refining projects while managing global product business operations.
His earlier career includes leadership roles with Linde Gas, Larsen & Toubro, and Linde Engineering India, where he played key roles in business development, marketing strategy, and securing large-scale EPC contracts across refinery and petrochemical sectors.
