Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Palwinder Singh has joined the Lodha Group as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for their extended eastern suburb operations in Mumbai. In this leadership role, Palwinder will oversee strategic execution and operational excellence across Lodha’s projects in the region, further strengthening the group’s commitment to timely delivery and world-class infrastructure.
Prior to joining Lodha Group, Palwinder Singh had an illustrious career spanning over a decade at Piramal Realty, where he held multiple senior leadership roles. As Senior Executive Vice President – Projects, he played a key role in spearheading large-scale residential and commercial developments in Mumbai. Over nearly 11 years, he advanced through critical roles including Executive Vice President – Projects and Vice President – Projects, consistently driving execution excellence, vendor and contractor alignment, and stakeholder value across the company’s marquee projects.
Earlier, Palwinder spent over 20 years at Larsen & Toubro – Construction Group, where he served as Project Manager in several high-impact infrastructure and real estate developments. His tenure at L&T helped solidify his foundation in project delivery, quality assurance, cost control, and on-ground execution management.
With a robust academic background including a Postgraduate Degree in Construction Management from NICMAR University and a Senior Management Programme from IIM Kozhikode, Palwinder brings a unique blend of technical depth and business leadership to his new role.
