Calgary, Alberta, Canada, September 2025 — Eavor Technologies Inc. has announced the appointment of Pam Ramotowski as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With more than 25 years of progressive leadership in human resources across the energy, utilities, and technology sectors, Pam brings a wealth of experience in building people-focused strategies that align with business transformation and growth.
Pam most recently served as Vice President, People and Culture at Enerplus, where she played a key role in shaping the company’s organizational culture, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives. Her work contributed significantly to strengthening the people agenda during a period of transition and strategic growth for the company.
Prior to Enerplus, Pam was Vice President, Corporate Services at Steel Reef, where she oversaw HR, administration, and corporate services functions. She also held the role of Vice President, Human Resources at Seven Generations Energy Ltd., where she led HR strategy, talent management, and employee programs for one of Canada’s most dynamic energy companies.
Earlier, Pam held senior HR leadership positions at Veresen Inc., serving as both Vice President, People and Corporate Services and Vice President, Human Resources & Administration, where she was responsible for organizational effectiveness and talent programs. She also gained deep expertise in the technology sector during her tenure at SMART Technologies, where she spent nearly seven years in leadership roles including Vice President, People Services and Director, Total Rewards, Operations and Employee Relations.
Pam’s earlier career included roles as Director of Human Resources at ENMAX, Director of Human Resources at Ensign Energy Services, and Manager of Human Resources at Veritas Energy Services Inc. She began her HR career at Alberta Wheat Pool / Agricore Cooperative Ltd. as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, building a strong foundation in total rewards and HR operations that has shaped her strategic leadership style.
