LAGOS, Nigeria – Pan African Towers (PAT), a leading telecommunications infrastructure provider, is excited to announce the recent appointment of Oladipo Badru, FCA, as the new Chief Financial Officer.
Oladipo is a seasoned Finance Executive with over 21 years of extensive experience in various sectors. His expertise spans Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Mergers & Acquisitions, Funding & Capital Structure, Finance Transformation, and Strategic Planning.
Oladipo has demonstrated leadership in multiple high-profile roles across top multinational corporations. His most recent role was Group Director of Finance at Etisalat Dubai, following significant positions at Helios Towers and Pfizer Global Pharmaceuticals.

Oladipo’s educational background includes an MSc from the University of Cumbria, UK. He is notably a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales, and a Business and Finance Professional (BFP). Furthermore, he holds associate memberships with the Nigeria Institute of Management and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, demonstrating his broad expertise and commitment to professional excellence.
