Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2025 — Pankaj Goel has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer at LeadSquared, bringing with him nearly 30 years of experience leading engineering and product innovation across global technology and fintech enterprises. In his new role, he will spearhead LeadSquared’s product and technology strategy, scale its SaaS platforms, and drive AI-powered automation as the company continues its expansion into global markets.
Before joining LeadSquared, Pankaj served as Chief Technology Officer at BharatPe, where he led end-to-end product and technology development across payments, lending, loyalty, and digital banking. Under his leadership, the company scaled its core platforms and launched impactful merchant solutions including UPI, EMI cards, POS devices, and NBFC offerings.
Earlier, Pankaj spent over four years at Razorpay, where he held multiple roles, most recently as Senior Vice President and Head of Payments Engineering. There, he was instrumental in architecting India’s leading fintech infrastructure, enabling secure, scalable, and seamless payment experiences. He also fostered a culture of engineering excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Prior to that, he led platform engineering for QuickBooks during his decade-long tenure at Intuit, managing critical systems for identity, permissions, billing, and digital marketing products like Demandforce. His earlier career includes engineering leadership at Trilogy, Sun Microsystems, Netscape Communications, and Schlumberger, where he contributed to a broad range of global product and infrastructure initiatives.
An alumnus of NIT Warangal and IIM Bangalore, Pankaj’s appointment marks a strategic move for LeadSquared as it deepens its investments in technology, performance, and innovation for global SaaS and martech domains.
