Before joining CLR Facility Services, Parag worked as a Professional Freelancer, supporting multiple private consulting projects involving startups, SaaS models, white-labelled digital platforms, and software reselling. His work focused on partner identification, financial oversight, and accounting strategy, helping early-stage companies streamline their financial processes.
Prior to his freelance engagements, Parag served as Finance Controller – Global Business at STEEL MONT PRIVATE LIMITED, where he managed the finance function across group companies in Europe and India. He was deeply involved in investor relations, M&A strategy, and board-level decision-making, with a focus on fintech, infrastructure, and IT business segments. His leadership was instrumental in driving budgets, financial compliance, and strategic initiatives.
He also spent close to a decade at Vodafone Shared Services, holding progressive roles including Country Controller for Vantage Towers Germany, Process Lead for Procure-to-Pay and Intercompany, and leadership roles in Corporate Finance & Business Partnering. During this tenure, he contributed to IPO readiness, managed intercompany accounting, and implemented performance management frameworks while aligning finance with business transformation goals.
Earlier in his career, Parag held roles at organizations such as Suzlon Green Power Limited, Barclays Technology Centre, Maersk Global Service Centre, Mphasis, and Murade Consultancy, where he worked across budgeting, forecasting, internal audits, project management, tax reporting, and business partnering. His cross-industry exposure in renewable energy, shipping, IT, and consulting makes him a versatile finance leader with a strong ability to adapt and innovate.
