Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Pari T S has been named Chief Operations Officer (COO) at RBL Bank, where he will focus on driving operational efficiencies, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening risk management practices. With over 25 years of leadership experience in banking operations, process automation, and service excellence, Pari’s expertise will be instrumental in optimizing business processes and streamlining core banking functions.
Before joining RBL Bank, Pari was Group President at YES BANK, where he played a key role in operations, service delivery, and digital transformation for retail assets, rural banking, cards, and payments.
Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Citi India, including Vice President and Resident Vice President, overseeing BPO governance, KYC, EMV migration, and international banking operations. He has also worked with HDFC Bank and GE Capital, gaining extensive experience in financial operations, payment solutions, and regulatory compliance.
Pari holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Annamalai University, equipping him with strong expertise in strategic leadership, business operations, and customer-centric banking. His appointment aligns with RBL Bank’s broader transformation strategy, reinforcing its position as a leading player in India’s banking sector.
