Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Saidutta Nanda has been appointed as President – Human Resources at Ipca Laboratories Limited, where he will lead talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement to align with the company’s strategic workforce objectives. With over two decades of experience in HR leadership within the pharmaceutical industry, Saidutta brings a proven track record in HR strategy, people development, and organizational excellence.
Before joining Ipca Laboratories, Saidutta was President – Human Resources at MACLEODS PHARMACEUTICALS LTD., where he played a key role in building HR frameworks, talent acquisition, and leadership development over nearly 22 years.
Prior to that, he was Deputy Manager HR at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, handling recruitment, industrial relations, and HR operations across manufacturing locations.
Saidutta holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, equipping him with deep expertise in HR policies, workforce engagement, and leadership development. His strategic insights will contribute to Ipca Laboratories’ continued growth and commitment to excellence in the pharmaceutical sector.
