Bangalore, Karnataka, India, October 2025 – Genpact, a global professional services and technology firm focused on delivering transformation at scale, has announced the appointment of Parikshit Maniar as Senior Vice President and Global Data, Technology & AI Leader for Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, and Health.
In his new global leadership mandate, Parikshit will drive Genpact’s integrated strategy at the intersection of data, technology, and artificial intelligence — empowering clients to accelerate business transformation and value creation through next-generation digital solutions. Before joining Genpact, Parikshit Maniar spent nearly two decades at Accenture, where he most recently served as Director of Delivery for Accenture Song @ India, managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives for clients across Europe, North America, and Asia. During his tenure, he led end-to-end delivery operations and played a pivotal role in mobilizing global teams to implement technology-enabled business models.
Earlier at Accenture, he also served as Managing Director and APAC AO Mobilization Lead, where he oversaw IT transitions from global clients to India, managing teams across India and Manila. His leadership helped establish robust transition frameworks that enhanced delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
Prior to Accenture, Parikshit held the position of Transformation Manager – Master Black Belt at IBM India, where he drove process excellence initiatives and operational transformation programs. He was responsible for enabling Six Sigma frameworks and leading quality improvement projects across verticals.
He began his career with Honeywell International India as a Project Manager and Supply Chain Lead, where he led multiple operational and manufacturing excellence initiatives. His earlier experiences at Bundy India Ltd., Hitachi Metglas India Pvt. Ltd., and Chang Yun India equipped him with extensive cross-functional experience in project management, plant operations, and production leadership.
Parikshit holds an MBA in Finance from IBS Hyderabad, and his strong blend of business acumen and technological expertise continues to define his success as a digital transformation leader.
