In his new role, Tejas will drive strategic talent acquisition and leadership search mandates while strengthening the firm’s Virtual CHRO and HR consulting services across industries.
Tejas brings over 12 years of multifaceted HR experience spanning manufacturing, engineering, and corporate sectors, with deep expertise in HR strategy, organizational capability building, and business partnering. His appointment reflects The Recruiters’ commitment to expanding its leadership network and offering clients more value through seasoned HR expertise.
Before joining The Recruiters, Tejas Lende served at Armstrong Dematic for over four years, most recently as Assistant General Manager – Corporate HR, where he led HR transformation initiatives, organizational development, and capability-building programs. He was instrumental in optimizing workforce management and aligning people strategy with the company’s rapid growth trajectory.
Earlier at Tata Steel, he worked as an HR Business Partner, managing end-to-end HR operations, engagement, and workforce planning for key business units. His work focused on enhancing employee engagement and embedding people practices that supported operational excellence across diverse industrial functions.
Prior to that, he gained rich experience at Reliance Industries Limited, where he served as Senior Manager – HR Business Partner. During his tenure, he played a critical role in driving HR transformation across multiple sites, implementing recognition programs, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance organizational performance and engagement.
Tejas began his HR journey with ABG Shipyard Ltd, where he contributed to talent management, recruitment process optimization, and leadership development programs. His early experiences with Godrej Industries, SAP, and RPG Life Sciences during his formative years equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of talent strategy, engagement design, and organizational psychology.
