Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 — ib vogt GmbH has elevated Parish Gupta to CEO & Managing Director, India. Based in Gurugram, he will lead the company’s India operations as it advances its mission of supporting the decarbonisation of the global electricity sector through turnkey solar PV plants and battery storage projects, alongside the expansion of its IPP portfolio.
Parish has been associated with ib vogt GmbH for over seven years and has played a key leadership role in building and scaling the company’s presence in the region. Prior to his current appointment, he served as Regional Director – India & Sri Lanka, where he led market development and regional growth initiatives.
Before joining ib vogt, Parish was Vice President – Business Development at NV VOGT SOLAR ENERGY (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, strengthening his experience in solar market development and strategic partnerships.
Earlier, he worked with Bhilwara Energy Ltd. as Chief – BD & Management (Wind Energy), where he focused on sourcing, planning, due diligence, financing, execution, and management of wind portfolios, while also supporting the expansion into solar.
He also held business development leadership roles at WinDForce Management Services Private Limited as DGM – Business Development, and at Resurge Energy Pvt. Ltd. as Head – Business Development, building a strong foundation in renewable energy consulting and investor-led wind project development.
Parish began his renewable energy journey with Suzlon Energy Limited as a Manager, focusing on marketing wind power projects to corporates as both cost-saving and investment solutions. Earlier in his career, he worked with Videocon International Limited as Territory Manager, handling retail sales and after-sales service networks for air conditioners in South Gujarat.
