Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2024 – Parul Singh has been appointed as the Global Head of Human Resources (HCM) at Zycus, where she will lead the company’s HR strategy and oversee global HR functions to support Zycus’ growing workforce.
Prior to joining Zycus, Parul served as Vice President, People and Culture at Xceedance for over 3 years. During her tenure, she led the development of HR strategies, employee learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, contributing to the company’s culture transformation.
Before Xceedance, Parul held the role of HR Director at Gensler for nearly 5 years, where she was responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR project management. Her work included driving competency management and employee engagement programs.
Earlier in her career, Parul served as an HR Advisor/Consultant for two startups in the Bengaluru area, providing strategic HR leadership and helping build HR systems for emerging companies. She also spent over 3.5 years as the Head of HR at MPC, where she was involved in leading HR operations, implementing legal compliance measures, and developing employee benefits programs.
Parul’s early HR career spanned 7 years as a Human Resources Business Partner in multiple organizations, where she gained experience in people management, workforce planning, and HRIS implementation.
