With more than 15 years of experience in recruitment leadership, Patrice brings a proven record of driving strategic hiring operations, building strong talent pipelines, and shaping high-performing teams across industries.
At Inter-Con Security, Patrice will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution across North America, South America, and Africa. Her focus will be on strengthening the organization’s recruitment operations, optimizing employer branding, and ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent in line with Inter-Con’s growth and client service excellence.
Before joining Inter-Con Security, Patrice Hickson served as Director Talent Acquisition at Permobil, a global leader in advanced rehabilitation and mobility solutions. During her nearly two-year tenure, she played a key role in streamlining recruitment processes, enhancing hiring efficiency, and supporting global talent expansion initiatives.
Prior to that, Patrice spent an impressive 13 years with GEODIS, where she rose through multiple leadership roles including Director Talent Acquisition – Americas, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager. At GEODIS, she led the development and management of recruitment operations across the Americas, partnering closely with business and HR leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational objectives. She was instrumental in building a scalable recruitment infrastructure to support high-volume and peak-season hiring across multiple regions.
Her early experience as Talent Acquisition Supervisor – Field Operations at GEODIS further shaped her expertise in managing field recruitment, developing workforce plans, and ensuring operational readiness to meet business demands. Throughout her tenure, Patrice demonstrated excellence in developing high-performing recruitment teams and advancing diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition practices.
