Patty has spent over 15 years at Trellance, building an impressive legacy across multiple HR leadership roles. As Vice President of Human Resources for a decade, she developed and implemented robust HR systems, strategic workforce planning models, and employee engagement programs that scaled with the company’s growth. Her promotion to Chief of Staff in 2021 broadened her impact, positioning her as a key partner to the CEO and Board on initiatives spanning strategic planning, project governance, and cross-functional alignment.
Prior to joining Trellance, Patty served as HR Manager at Hapag-Lloyd AG, and earlier as Senior HR Specialist at CP Ships, where she refined her operational and policy acumen in global HR functions. Her career began at Tech Data Corp., where she gained foundational experience in both human resources and finance over a span of eight years.
