Prior to this, Paula served as a High Performance Coach at Connect Management, leveraging her extensive experience in coaching, recruitment, and talent development. She has also been self-employed as a high-performance coach, helping individuals achieve personal and professional excellence.
Her earlier roles include Manager at The Ivy Collection in London and Managing Director at Vera Produtos Alimentícios in Brazil, demonstrating her versatility across business development, sales, and team management.
Paula’s global career also includes high-performance coaching with Ink – we are travel media, key account management, and project leadership in the UK and Europe. Her background as a sponsored athlete and coach has shaped her unique approach to people development, combining high-performance principles with a deep understanding of human motivation and engagement.
