London, United Kingdom, April 2026 – Jane Beeston has joined People Puzzles as a Fractional People Director, strengthening the firm’s leadership bench with deep expertise in global people strategy and transformation.
With over three decades of experience, Jane brings a distinguished track record of shaping people strategies that drive tangible business performance. In her new role, she will support organizations in embedding high-impact HR practices, enhancing leadership capability, and enabling sustainable growth through strategic people interventions.
Prior to joining People Puzzles, Jane Beeston spent an extensive tenure of over 17 years at Colart, where she most recently served as Chief People Officer. As part of the global executive leadership team, she led the people agenda across 10 countries, overseeing organizational design, leadership development, talent acquisition, total rewards, communications, and employee engagement. Her leadership played a critical role in aligning culture with business strategy across complex, international operations.
Earlier at Colart, she served as Group HR Director, partnering closely with the executive team to drive strategic HR initiatives across global business units spanning manufacturing, commercial, and logistics functions.
She began her HR leadership journey at Colart Fine Art & Graphics Ltd, where she progressed through roles including HR Director and HR Manager, building foundational capabilities in HR strategy, workforce expansion, and organizational development across multiple geographies.
Before Colart, Jane held key roles at Friends Provident and BSI, where she led organizational restructuring, cultural integration, and HR policy strategy, further strengthening her expertise in managing transformation in complex environments. She also started her career at H. J. Heinz Company, gaining hands-on experience in industrial relations and generalist HR practices.
Her recent recognition by HR TODAY in the Women HR Excellence Awards reflects the impact of her work.
