Kentucky, United States, August 2024 – Tarter Farm and Ranch Equipment has announced the appointment of Paula Nuzzi as the new Chief People Officer. In this role, Paula will lead the company’s human resources functions, driving strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and organizational culture across the company.
Prior to joining Tarter Farm and Ranch Equipment, Paula served as the Vice President of Talent Operations & Culture at Peak Toolworks for nearly 6 years. In this role, she was instrumental in building and leading the HR function for a multi-site operation, including developing policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing employment law matters.
Paula also held the position of Commercial HR Leader: Sales, Service, Finance, & Marketing at Ingersoll Rand for approximately 2 years, where she provided strategic HR leadership and support for various commercial teams across North America.
Earlier in her career, Paula served as the Regional Human Resource Leader, Commercial Manufacturing at Trane, overseeing HR functions for the company’s three largest unionized manufacturing sites, focusing on labor relations, employee engagement, and productivity improvements.
