Bryanston, Gauteng, South Africa, January 2025 – Paulina Munsamy has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition – Group Human Resources at Amicorp Group. In her new role, she will oversee the company’s talent acquisition strategies, focusing on global recruitment and enhancing human resources capabilities across the organization.
Prior to joining Amicorp Group, Paulina Munsamy served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zelenka Consulting for over six years, specializing in end-to-end HR consulting services, including recruitment, talent management, employment equity, and payroll solutions. She also handled recruitment workshops and life coaching services for diverse clients.
Before her tenure at Zelenka, she worked at Dentons as a Global Senior Recruitment Consultant, managing multi-regional hiring across Poland, Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, and Australia. Earlier, she was a Talent Acquisition Partner at Sage Pastel Accounting, where she spearheaded strategic hiring initiatives and talent engagement programs.
She previously contributed significantly at WesBank as a Recruitment Consultant and at Liberty Group South Africa in the same capacity. Her earlier roles also include Talent Acquisition at Dell Technologies and Recruitment Consultant roles at IBM, Accenture, and Microsoft, where she focused on technical and leadership hiring strategies.
Her career began with significant contributions in HR consulting through her firm RecruitRite Personnel, where she offered HR solutions across multiple industries.
