Mexico City, Mexico, December 2025 — Kavak.com has announced the appointment of Paulo Neto as Head of People & Culture, effective December 2025. In this role, Paulo Neto will lead Kavak’s people and culture agenda across its rapidly expanding global operations, supporting the company’s mission to build scalable, high-performance teams as it continues to transform the pre-owned automotive market worldwide.
In his most recent role prior to joining Kavak, Paulo Neto served at Jüsto, where he held the position of Chief People & Performance, Customer Experience & Business Intelligence Officer, along with responsibility as Head of People & Performance Operations for Latin America. Over more than four years at Jüsto, he led people strategy, performance operations, customer experience, and business intelligence initiatives across the region, supporting organizational growth and operational maturity.
Before Jüsto, Paulo Neto held senior commercial leadership roles at Bardahl de México as Commercial Director, where he led national sales for Bardahl and Repsol brands, and at Grupo Modelo S.A. de C.V., where he served in multiple leadership positions including BU National Sales Director – Mexico, People Director – Mexico, Regional Sales Director, and Route to Market Director. Across these roles, he drove sales growth, portfolio expansion, people transformation, and large-scale talent programs within complex, multi-channel environments.
Earlier in his career, Paulo Neto built extensive international leadership experience with Anheuser-Busch InBev, holding roles such as Trade Marketing & Sales Operations Director for Russia & Ukraine and Sales Operation Director for Croatia & Central Europe, where he led multi-country operations, sales systems transformation, and distribution excellence initiatives. He began his professional journey at Ambev, progressing through sales, distribution, and operations leadership roles in Brazil over nearly eleven years.
Education
Paulo Neto holds an MBA in Finance, General and Retail from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo, and has completed Advanced Marketing studies at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
