Cambridge, England, August 2024 – Phil Caroe has been appointed as the Group Head of Risk at Allia. In his new role, Phil will be responsible for overseeing risk management strategies across the organization, ensuring that Allia continues to create positive social impact while managing and mitigating potential risks.
Prior to his new role at Allia, Phil served as Director of Deal Execution and Special Projects at Allia C&C for over 5 years. In this role, he led various strategic initiatives and managed the execution of key deals that contributed to the organization’s growth and impact.
Phil has been with Allia for a decade, during which he held various leadership roles. As the Director of Impact Finance from January 2014 to March 2019, Phil played a pivotal role in developing financial solutions that drove social and environmental impact. Before that, he served as Head of Operations and Communications for nearly 5 years, where he was responsible for streamlining operations and enhancing communication strategies.
Phil’s experience also includes a role as Marketing Communications Manager at the East of England Development Agency, where he worked for 2 years, focusing on regional development initiatives. He began his career as a Marketing Communications Executive at the Relationships Foundation, where he spent 3 years contributing to the organization’s communication efforts.
