Before joining Credit Saison India, Piya Saha had an extensive 10-year tenure at ICICI Lombard, where she rose to the position of Chief Manager, Human Resources. At ICICI Lombard, she played a pivotal role as a strategic HR business partner, driving talent development, leadership alignment, and performance excellence. She was instrumental in shaping people-centric initiatives that fostered a high-performance culture, enhanced employee engagement, and improved overall organizational capability.

Prior to her successful stint at ICICI Lombard, Piya worked with Capgemini for nearly four years as a Consultant, specializing in transferee payroll, taxation, and vendor management for North American and Canadian employees. Her deep expertise in payroll governance, compliance, and process optimization helped streamline HR operations and strengthen service delivery efficiency.

She began her career at Hewitt Associates LLC (now Aon Hewitt) as a Process Analyst, where she gained strong foundational experience in US health benefits operations and process management. Her role involved managing complex benefit processes, data analytics, and workflow optimization, which set the stage for her growth as a well-rounded HR professional with both operational and strategic expertise.
