In her new role, Kelly will lead LERETA’s people and culture strategy, driving organizational transformation, talent development, and employee engagement across the enterprise.
Kelly’s journey at LERETA, LLC has been defined by strategic innovation and impactful leadership. Prior to her appointment as Chief People Officer, she served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Marketing, where she played a key role in aligning LERETA’s business strategy with its growth objectives. Before that, as First Vice President of Strategy, she contributed to the company’s long-term planning and digital transformation initiatives, further strengthening LERETA’s market leadership in real estate tax and flood services.
Earlier, Kelly served as Vice President of Sales Operations & Marketing, where she led go-to-market strategies, optimized operational processes, and reinforced LERETA’s customer-first approach. Her ability to integrate business, people, and purpose has been instrumental in creating value-driven outcomes for both the organization and its clients.
Before joining LERETA, Kelly co-founded National Real Tax Tracking, where she spent eight years as Chief Strategy Officer, helping the firm establish itself as a trusted partner in the real estate tax tracking domain. In addition, through her venture KCH Collaborative LLC, Kelly has continued to advocate for personal growth and leadership through writing, coaching, and consulting.
Kelly is also a former member of Chief, a private network for executive women, where she engaged in leadership discussions and mentorship that fostered diverse and inclusive workplaces.
