Piyush Misra Takes the Helm as Group HR Head at Acme Group

Mohali, India – Acme Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Piyush Misra as the new Group HR Head. Misra brings over two decades of comprehensive human resources experience to his new role, poised to foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace at Acme.

Previously, Misra served as the Director of Human Resources at Jubilant Pharmova Limited, where he was responsible for a team of six, overseeing HR operations for a global workforce of approximately 2300 employees in the pharmaceutical and therapeutics sectors. His strategic HR interventions in performance management, innovation, change management, and talent mobility significantly reduced attrition and recruitment costs, enhancing business outcomes.

Before his tenure at Jubilant Pharmova, Misra led HR teams at Jubilant Pharma and served as the Deputy General Manager of HR at Lupin Limited (Research Park), managing comprehensive HR functions for a research and development workforce of over 1100 employees.

Earlier in his career, Misra held various HR leadership roles at prominent organizations including Panacea Biotec Ltd and was deeply involved in setting HR strategies that aligned with corporate business goals at various manufacturing and research units across India.
