Before joining Publicis Groupe, Pooja Tomar held influential leadership roles at Havas Media Group, Starcom, and GroupM, where she led strategic initiatives across a wide array of sectors including e-commerce, FMCG, telecom, technology, retail, agriculture, and smartphones. In her most recent role as Senior Business Director at Havas Media Group, she played a pivotal role in client success by driving integrated media strategies that delivered measurable business outcomes.
Earlier, during her tenure at Starcom, she demonstrated deep proficiency in aligning cross-functional teams and building lasting client relationships while leading regional campaigns for major brands. At GroupM, she spearheaded digital media buying operations, overseeing inventory acquisition, campaign execution, and analytics with a sharp focus on ROI and performance.
Pooja’s career journey also includes roles at Madison World, ZenithOptimedia, and an earlier stint at Publicis Groupe, where she gained hands-on experience in media planning and operational excellence.
