Pune, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Prachi Aradhye has taken on a new role as Director – HR and Talent Acquisition at Arcus Partners, where she will oversee HR strategy, drive talent acquisition for a rapidly expanding WealthTech ecosystem, and support the company’s growth through best-in-class hiring practices and people processes.
Before joining Arcus Partners, Prachi Aradhye spent nearly four years at Rapid Circle as Talent Management Consultant, where she led talent initiatives, supported hiring across business units, and partnered closely with delivery teams to strengthen leadership readiness and capability.
Prior to that, she gained close to six years of experience at IVL | InfoVision Labs, where she first served as Talent Acquisition Lead, then Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, and later as Manager – Talent Acquisition. During her tenure, she managed recruitment across projects, implemented ATS-driven hiring processes, strengthened vendor partnerships, supported leadership hiring, and introduced dashboards, SLAs, training plans, and campus recruitment strategies.
Earlier in her career, she contributed significantly to HR and recruitment development at Talentain Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as Sr. HR, where she handled end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, background verification, and policy implementation.
In the initial phase of her professional journey, Prachi worked across key recruitment roles at Resource Plus Services Pvt. Ltd. as Staffing Specialist and at Le HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Recruitment Specialist, gaining foundational experience in permanent and contractual hiring, client coordination, and talent acquisition lifecycle management.
