Hyderabad, Telangana, India, January 2026 – Pradeep Ravulakollu has taken on a new leadership role as Managing Director at Wells Fargo, marking a significant milestone in his global banking and financial technology leadership journey. In his new mandate, he will continue to strengthen technology leadership across investment solutions, trust and lending platforms, and enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives for Wells Fargo’s Wealth and Investment Management Technology (WIMT) ecosystem.
Pradeep Ravulakollu has built his leadership journey at Wells Fargo over the last several years, where he previously served as Director of Technology for Investment Solutions, Trust and Lending within the WIMT function. During this period, he led complex enterprise technology platforms, strengthened digital governance frameworks, and drove large-scale transformation initiatives supporting wealth and investment management businesses.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Pradeep spent close to seven years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he served as Executive Director and earlier as Vice President. His tenure was marked by driving critical technology modernization initiatives, leading enterprise data platforms, and strengthening technology delivery frameworks across global banking operations.
Earlier in his career, he held multiple technology leadership roles at ANZ, including Delivery Manager – BPM, Development Manager, Delivery Lead – MDM Platform, and MDM Specialist, where he led enterprise data governance platforms, multi-country delivery programs, and defined long-term technology roadmaps.
Pradeep began his long technology leadership journey at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he spent over eight years as Program Manager – Ecomm Portfolio and Solution Architect – MDM & SOA Practice (BFSI). At TCS, he led large integration programs for global banking clients, managed complex SOA and MDM architectures, and built scalable enterprise data solutions across North America and India.
