Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2024 – Pradeep Saluja has joined HiveMinds, the digital marketing arm of Madison World, as the new Chief Operating Officer. Pradeep will be responsible for the P&L, growth, and operations of the organization, aiming to deliver sustainable value and impact to clients.
Pradeep’s most recent role was at Sprinklr, where he served for nearly four years. As the Vice President from February 2022 to March 2024, he led customer success and delight for global key accounts, overseeing P&L, strategy, planning, and execution. Under his leadership, the business grew by 2.5x, and he built and led a team of high-performing success directors and customer success managers. Prior to this, he was the Senior Director from July 2020 to January 2022, focusing on driving digital transformation and customer experience management.
Before Sprinklr, Pradeep worked at Mu Sigma Inc. for over two years. As the Business Unit Head, he led a portfolio of accounts for Fortune 500 companies in North West US, Europe, and Asia regions. He managed senior-level client relationships and large teams of decision scientists and client services professionals, delivering digital transformation and advanced analytics solutions.
Pradeep also held a significant role at Encore Capital Group for over five years. As the Director – Corporate Development, he was a founding member of the leadership team that commenced financial services business for the group in India. He later served as the Head of Operations – India Business, where he played a crucial role in leading the business for the group in India.
Earlier in his career, Pradeep was with KPMG for over seven years, where he held various roles including Manager Management Consulting. He advised clients across multiple industries on business strategy, transaction advisory, M&A, market entry strategy, organizational strategy, and business performance management.
