Gurugram, Haryana, India — Bluwheelz has appointed Pranay Prakash as the new Head of Human Resources, effective April 2024. Prakash joins Bluwheelz with an extensive background in human resources, characterized by over two decades of evolving leadership roles and expertise in strategic HR management.
Before his new role at Bluwheelz, Prakash served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Baazi Games. His tenure there was marked by significant HR transformations and strategic talent management in New Delhi, India.
Earlier, Prakash also embraced entrepreneurship, where he helped build sustainable businesses through strategic hiring, learning, upskilling, and comprehensive HR transformations.
Prior to this, he was the Head of People Operations at Delhivery, where, from July 2020 to March 2021, he managed to scale up the organization from 4,000 to 42,000 staff members across more than 2300 cities. His efforts were instrumental in setting up robust teams, policies, procedures, and governance mechanisms that supported the company’s rapid growth.
In earlier phases of his career, Prakash held significant HR roles at companies such as UnitedHealth Group and John Keells BPO, where he developed his expertise in employee relations, case management, and compliance, aligning HR strategies with business objectives effectively.
