Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Prashant Jadhav has been appointed as Vice President – Operations at Centre for Sight Ltd., taking charge of strategic and performance-driven initiatives across Maharashtra. In this new role, he is responsible for overseeing operational excellence, P&L performance, centre expansion, and scaling high-quality eye care delivery systems while strengthening clinical–administrative collaboration.
Prior to this, Prashant Jadhav served as Cluster Head at Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital for over three years, where he ensured seamless service delivery across multiple divisions. He led operational governance, financial oversight, and compliance mechanisms while implementing cost improvement initiatives and contributing to strategic business development.
Earlier, he was associated with Shivam Medisoft Services Pvt. Ltd. as Service Delivery Manager, where he led the implementation of hospital management systems across the Sahyadri Group. His initiatives included automation of clinical data capture, HRMS, BI dashboards, and process digitization, positioning the hospital group at the forefront of healthcare technology.
Previously, he served in senior operational roles at SRV Hospitals and Asian Heart Institute, overseeing procurement, compliance, vendor management, clinical service optimization, and end-to-end administrative operations. His experience in managing multi-centre hospital networks gave him a robust foundation in healthcare infrastructure and patient care strategy.
In his earlier career, Prashant Jadhav spent over a decade at NDS InfoServ, where he built strong expertise in revenue cycle management, insurance claims, and healthcare administration across U.S. healthcare systems. He played a pivotal role in setting up large teams and managing end-to-end billing operations, reporting, and contingency planning.
