New Delhi, Delhi, India, October 2025 – TLC DigiTech Pvt. Ltd., a leading customer lifecycle management and loyalty solutions company specializing in the travel, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors, has announced the appointment of Prashanth Kumar as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, Prashanth will oversee the company’s operations across India and international markets, driving innovation, digital transformation, and business growth through TLC’s proprietary technology platforms and performance-based models.
Prashanth Kumar brings more than two decades of leadership experience in hospitality, loyalty, and digital strategy, spanning global brands and international markets. His expertise in building customer engagement ecosystems, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business expansion has made him one of the most respected figures in the loyalty and hospitality technology space.
Before taking on the COO role at TLC DigiTech, Prashanth had an illustrious 11-year journey with Accor Plus, where he most recently served as Vice President – Operations for India, Malaysia, New Markets & Business Support. In this role, he managed full P&L responsibilities, led multi-country operations, and drove the company’s expansion into new markets across Asia Pacific. Earlier as Vice President – South Asia, Malaysia, Middle East & Business Support Services Asia Pacific, he oversaw loyalty sales, shared services, and customer experience delivery for over 45 offices, supporting a community of more than 380,000 members across 18 countries.
During his tenure with Accor Plus, Prashanth received several accolades, including Hospitality Leader Award 2024 and CX Leader 2023, recognizing his contributions to customer experience and business transformation. Under his leadership, Accor Plus significantly expanded its footprint, strengthened digital member engagement, and achieved record growth in subscriptions and partnerships.
Earlier, Prashanth held key leadership positions in the hospitality industry, including General Manager – Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad, where he spearheaded operations and brand repositioning initiatives, and General Manager – ibis Delhi Airport, where he led the launch of one of India’s most successful economy hotels. He also served as Resident Manager at Novotel Hyderabad International Convention Centre, overseeing multiple operational departments and driving guest satisfaction excellence.
Before his senior leadership stints, Prashanth gained valuable international experience in the United States as Director of Rooms at Bel Age Hotel, Los Angeles, and Director of Front Office Operations at the Brown Palace Hotel & Spa in Denver, where he honed his expertise in luxury hospitality operations, guest relations, and revenue management.
