Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2025 – Vee Technologies has appointed Preeta Bahugune as Vice President Human Resources. In this new role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, overseeing talent management, organizational culture, and HR transformation to support the company’s rapid growth and innovation-driven business.
Bahugune brings more than two decades of rich HR leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Director – HR at Altair, where she spent over 17 years driving end-to-end people management solutions. At Altair, she played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with business goals, building a culture of innovation and diversity, and enabling sustainable growth through global workforce strategies.
Prior to Altair, she worked as Senior Human Resources Manager at PA Consulting, where she managed HR operations across Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Dubai, China, and India. She was instrumental in scaling teams, strengthening retention initiatives, and implementing best-practice HR systems to support organizational expansion across the APAC region.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles with NIIT Technologies, Trigyn Technologies, Magcom Internet Pvt. Ltd., and L&T Technology Services. In these roles, she gained extensive experience in global talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development, contributing significantly to HR process standardization and people-centric business growth.
Bahugune holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education, and a Postgraduate Degree in Marine Zoology from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), underscoring her blend of academic excellence and professional expertise.
