Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 – Preeti Gautam has been appointed as the Head – Talent Acquisition at Usha International, marking a significant step in the company’s efforts to enhance its talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies. In her new role, Preeti will lead senior leadership hiring, employer branding, and strategic talent planning to support the company’s long-term growth vision.
Prior to joining Usha International, Preeti Gautam served for over six years at Lighthouse Search OPC Pvt. Ltd. as Associate Partner, where she specialized in executive search and HR strategy across the Greater Delhi Area. She played a vital role in building strategic hiring pipelines and driving talent advisory services across sectors.
Earlier, she worked as a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist for close to two years, providing high-impact recruitment solutions to clients while managing the full hiring lifecycle. This period further honed her skills in executive search, HR strategy, and global talent acquisition.
Preeti spent more than eight years with MTS Group as Head of Talent Acquisition, where she built deep expertise in the telecom services industry. Her work focused on organizational restructuring, innovative HR practices, and strategic HR business partnering.
She also brings valuable experience from Reliance Communications, where she served as Senior Manager – HR, leading HR operations for Delhi & NCR for nearly two years. Her early career began with Bharti Airtel, where she spent over five years, rising through the ranks from Assistant Manager to Manager – Human Resources, with key responsibilities in performance management, training, onboarding, and HR policy development.
Preeti Gautam holds an MBA in Management from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, a premier business school known for producing high-caliber HR and business professionals.
