Before joining reboot XP, Sawhney served as the Head of Human Resources at Paisabazaar from October 2022 to April 2024. In this role, she led significant initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and fostered a culture of high performance that aligned closely with business goals.
Prior to her tenure at Paisabazaar, she was the Talent Acquisition Head at Policybazaar.com, where from January 2022 to April 2024, Sawhney spearheaded recruitment strategies that substantially filled talent gaps and supported business expansion during critical growth phases.
Sawhney also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Teleperformance DIBS, managing a comprehensive HR strategy from August 2001 to October 2022. Her leadership was instrumental in developing and retaining a robust workforce, thus driving the company’s operations across various service domains.
