Since joining HDFC Life in 2013, Pritika has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s marketing and customer relationship strategies. Her tenure of more than 11 years at the organization has been characterized by innovative approaches to brand development, digital marketing initiatives, and customer experience enhancement. As Senior Vice President – Marketing & CRM, she successfully led multiple campaigns that reinforced the brand’s visibility and deepened its customer engagement across India.

In her newly assumed position as Executive Vice President and Head – Marketing & CSR, Pritika will oversee the company’s marketing and corporate social responsibility efforts, continuing to drive forward its strategic initiatives and brand ethos.
